Product Designer & Project Manager
Creative vision and operational concreteness.
Giacomo Toncelli is a designer based in Pisa, Tuscany, Italy, with over 10 years of experience in interior design, product design, 3D rendering and project management in luxury retail. He works in Pisa, throughout Tuscany and beyond, and remotely across Italy.
My work focuses on shaping spaces and objects by combining aesthetics, industrial feasibility, and strategy. I bring cross-disciplinary expertise developed at the highest levels of design and luxury retail.
Design & Architecture: At Archea Associati, I contributed to projects for Artemide and IB Rubinetterie, collaborating with cultural institutions such as Palazzo Strozzi and the Museo del Novecento.
Luxury Management: As a Project Manager in the retail sector, I oversaw the execution of boutiques for global brands like Celine, Yves Saint Laurent, and Jimmy Choo, mastering the management of complex budgets and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
My background began in Product Design but was quickly enriched by essential soft skills: studies in sociology and semiotics taught me that a project shouldn't just work—it must communicate.
From hands-on experience in my family’s business, where I learned production logic from the ground up, to my time in teaching, which honed my listening and communication abilities: every step has shaped a comprehensive design vision. Today, I offer this expertise to those seeking a solid partner capable of translating complex ideas into concrete, unique, and feasible solutions.
