The data controller is Giacomo Toncelli, a designer based in Pisa, Italy. For any request about your data, you can write via the contact page.
What data is collected
The contact form collects only the data you enter: name, email address and the text of your message. The website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request and the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR). The data is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties.
External services
Messages are forwarded through Web3Forms, a service that delivers form submissions by email. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may log technical browsing data (such as the IP address) for security purposes. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor's IP address. The Instagram link leads to an external website with its own privacy policy.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting professional relationship, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing via the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
