Giacomo Toncelli is an interior designer based in Pisa, Tuscany. He designs homes, offices and commercial spaces in Pisa, throughout Tuscany and beyond, following the project from the first idea to construction drawings and, if needed, all the way to the building site. The first introductory meeting is free and with no obligation.
How I work
Every project starts with a free, no-obligation introductory meeting, where I listen to the needs, ideas and habits of the people who will live in the space. Ergonomics is the starting point: I analyze movement patterns and the strengths of the space, then define materials, colors and lighting so that the result is beautiful and, above all, livable.
Fees are agreed upfront based on the complexity of the work and stated from the first meeting, with no hidden costs.
Three levels of service
1. Core Package: colors with exact RAL codes, moodboard and lighting design. The simplest way to start.
2. Advanced Package: adds photo-matching, showing the choices directly in photos of your own spaces.
3. Full Design: photorealistic renderings, detailed construction drawings for contractors and layouts of building services (electrical, plumbing, lighting).
The workflow is modular: you can start with the Core Package and upgrade to Advanced or Full Design later, with no penalties or extra costs. During the works I can also handle construction site coordination.
Interior projects
Some projects from the portfolio:
– Home and office: a home and a workspace in a single interior
– Nail Studio: a commissioned project with custom lighting and materials
– British Heritage Living: classic British style reinterpreted in a contemporary way
– Office HQ Renewal: renovation and space planning of a corporate headquarters
